Meals

The Dining Hall

Our Meal Plan includes two meals - breakfast and dinner. Dining is in our newly renovated lodge that overlooks the lake. Meals are prepared by our staff and include traditional home style cooking and some specialties of the camp.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 A.M.-8:00 A.M. and is cooked to order. Choices are eggs any style, bacon/sausage/ bagels, muffins, cold cereal, home fries, hot cereal, and fruit. Coffee, juices and tea are also available.

The dinner meal consist of prime rib, turkey, ham, baked stuffed haddock, lasagna, chicken Marcella, BBQ ribs, steak, and many other dishes. We will gladly accommodate guests with special diets or restrictions.

Lunch can be ordered packed to go and consists of many choices of sandwiches, fruit, cookies, chips, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and dessert.

Also, if you want a guide for a day or more, you can specify what will be cooked for you over an open fire "on the water". Some choices are steak, chicken, hamburgers, ribs, kabobs, ham steak and lobster. Potatoes, onions, carrots, fried fish, camp coffee and desserts complete the shore side lunch. Plus our guides always have a few "surprises" along the way. We will work hard to make sure our shore lunches are some of the very best available at any sporting camp!! Anywhere !!

Guiding

1-2 people in Grand Laker canoe, full day guiding $200.00/day

Cooked shore side lunch over open fire (Chicken, Hamburger, Ham, Kabobs, Pork Chops, Steak, Ribs, ) are $18.00 each
